My Links tracks the short codes you've created using your browser's local storage, then fetches their live click counts — since there are no accounts, this is the only way to find links you made earlier on this device. Clearing your browser data will remove them from that list (the links themselves keep working; you'd just need the code or full short URL to find them again).
