CallJot is a simple utility that lets you write a private note about a phone call — tied to the caller's number — so it resurfaces the next time that number calls you or you call it.
CallJot's own note-taking features are entirely local — your notes and phone numbers never leave your device, and there is no account or backend server. The app is free to use and shows ads served by Google (AdMob) to support that; an optional subscription with a 7-day free trial removes ads. See below for exactly what data the ad service involves.
The free version of CallJot displays ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), approximate location, and general device/app information — this is separate from, and unrelated to, your notes, which stay local. Where required (including the EEA and UK), CallJot asks for your consent to personalized advertising via Google's User Messaging Platform before showing ads. CallJot offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, with a 7-day free trial, that removes ads. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play Billing — CallJot does not see or store your payment details. The subscription has no effect on your notes or any other feature; it only controls whether ads are shown.

CallJot uses Google AdMob to serve ads (see "Advertising" above) and Google Play Billing to process the optional subscription. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting service is used.
This app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, since it collects no information at all.
